PromptIntern offers access to AI-powered intern discovery and hiring services. Users must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our platform facilitates connections between startups and intern candidates but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Accounts & Usage

You must maintain accurate account information and are responsible for any activity on your account. Users are prohibited from:

• Misusing the platform or its services
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to access our proprietary algorithms
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Sharing account credentials with third parties

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.

3. Pricing

Our credit-based system ensures you only pay for what you use. Credits are:

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Used on a first-in, first-out basis

4. Data & Privacy

User data is encrypted and protected according to industry standards. We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent
• Usage analytics may be collected to improve service quality
• All data is stored securely and backed up regularly
• Users can request data deletion at any time

5. Limitation of Liability

PDX Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Hiring decisions made using our platform
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Actions of third-party users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the PromptIntern platform are owned by PDX Technologies Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Amendments

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
