Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations on the PromptIntern platform, operated by PDX Technologies Private Limited.

1. Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

You may NOT cancel services or credits at any time via your dashboard. All purchases are final and non-cancellable.

Account Closure

While you cannot cancel purchased credits, you may close your account at any time. Please note that:

  • Unused credits will be forfeited upon account closure
  • Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Historical data and search results will be deleted
  • No refunds will be provided for unused credits

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

We do NOT offer refunds for any purchases made on the PromptIntern platform. All sales are final.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing platform access for more than 72 hours
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Platform failure resulting in complete loss of service

Even in these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our team.

3. Credit System

Credit Validity

  • All credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded
  • Credits are used on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Credit Usage

  • Credits are consumed when you view intern profiles or contact information
  • Search queries do not consume credits
  • Partial credit usage is not possible - minimum 1 credit per action
  • Used credits cannot be restored even if the action was accidental

4. Payment Processing

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you may retry the transaction. No credits will be added to your account until payment is successfully processed.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about charges or billing:

  • Contact our support team immediately at owner@promptintern.co
  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the issue
  • Allow 5-7 business days for investigation
  • We will respond with our findings and any applicable resolution

6. Terms and Conditions

By making a purchase on PromptIntern, you agree that:

  • You have read and understood this refund policy
  • You accept the no-refund terms for all purchases
  • You understand that credits expire after 12 months
  • You acknowledge that all sales are final
  • You agree to use the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
